TxtConv.exe is a utility (Windows-32bits) for converting text files. Its main function is to extract data from text files organized in columns, to rewrite all or part of these columns, possibly changing their order. If one of the columns contains dates, it can also convert the format. The files mainly concerned are the stock price files, which everyone can from several websites, in order to feed a graphical / technical / and/or portfolio management software. It gives the possibility to convert the ed rates from any ASCII format to the format expected by your software. TxtConv is an easyware: it does not modify the registry.
