sqlDESKTOP is a filing system organized as a real office. As in your office, you store information (files, emails, photos…) in cabinets, folders, binders through a customizable graphical interface. The information is easy to find because you do not need to the name of the document or the exact location where you put it. SqlDESKTOP stores your documents ( WORD, EXCEL…) in a database and you can: – Add a schedule of actions “to do” with start and end date – Sort your documents into categories and find them quickly thanks to their reference – Customize the graphical interface with your own photos With photos, you can arrange them in a traditional way in an album, or use the dialog boxes to make photo-novels.
