Two new Pokémon games arrive on Facebook Gaming 5x436m

The Pokémon Company has unveiled two new games for the Facebook Gaming platform: Pokémon Tower Battle and Pokémon Medallion Battle.

The goal for the company is to reach a different audience that doesn’t use mobile applications like Pokémon Masters. For this, Facebook Gaming is a privileged platform, all the more so as instant games have become popular in recent years. The social network counts more than 40 billion sessions via Facebook and Messenger.

Stack Pokémon to win

Pokémon Tower Battle is a game with an extremely simple process: you must create a tower by stacking Pokémon to defeat your opponent. You have to juggle the creatures’ physical appearance to make the tower stable. It’s possible to catch new Pokémon that will fortify the tower and also make them evolve. The principle may seem light, but it will take some cleverness to make it to the top of the rankings.

Pokémon Medallion Battle, on the other hand, is more classic and closer to the essence of Pokémon games. This is a strategic combat game where you must capture and battle Pokémon in the form of medallions. The player will also have to go to several gyms to beat the arena champions and collect badges. Pokémon Tower Battle is now available on Facebook Gaming. As for Pokémon Medallion, the game is currently only available in Oceania and Vietnam.
